Responsibilities

Scott Wells is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all department administrative functions, which include the following areas:

• Academic Affairs (undergraduate and graduate)
• Business Office
• Information Technology

He also supports departmental activities associated with recruiting, communications, and development. In conjunction with the department head and associate department heads, he performs departmental strategic planning and provides direction to the leaders in each administrative area above, including setting employee goals and objectives.
