Research Assistant Professor Charles Rizzo received his PhD in computer science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2024, and works in the TENNLab neuromorphic computing group at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His research interests include embedded applications of neuromorphic computing, event-based vision processing, and machine learning with spiking neural networks.
