Power electronics faculty and students from CURENT attended the IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Expo (ECCE) last week in Detroit, Michigan, the world’s largest power electronics conference.

The Center for Ultra-Wide-Area Resilient Electric Energy Transmission Networks (CURENT) hosted the IEEE International Future Energy Challenge (IFEC) 2022, the largest international student competition in power electronics for innovation, conservation, and effective use of electrical energy, in the Min H. Kao Building on July 27-29.
